Hey guys! New here but not new to the car, I've had it for about 9 years. The name is Leif and I am a sales rep at Moss Motors. Here's a pic of the car:

This was my very first car when I turned 16 (I'll be 25 in 2 months) and was my daily driver for about 3-4 years. It now has a Moss supercharger on it, tube shock conversions front and rear, and a whole bunch of other go-fast goodies on it. It does need a little body work and some new paint, but I am planning on making it a racecar in the near future, so that stuff can wait.

In addition to the BGT, my father owns a TF and also races a 1934 MG NA special. I go to most of the vintage races here in CA so maybe I will see some of you around!

Welcome, Lief....say hello to Britt for me!

Welcome Leif! Car looks great from here!

Hi, Lief, and welcome to the Forum!

Hi Leif, we've probably met at some point. I live nearby, and a friend of mine races a '34 NE. It's too small a world for us to not have run into one another, or perhaps even at Moss. I hope you will consider bringing the B out on our Memorial Day Run in a couple months! Kelvin often comes down for it as well.

This feels like an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting, when you stand up in front of total strangers and confess your vices: "Hello, my name is Dave, and I am a British car junkie".
Current garage mutts that follow me around include a 1962 AH 3000 BT7 tri-carb, 1966 AH3000 BJ8, 1976 TR6, and a Sears Craftsman 22 hp Briggs & Stratton V-twin ride-on lawn mower (including custom cup holder for beer!). I've already used the Forum a number of times to get some input on a few of my projects, and I have one general observation: The information that is provided in the Forum is priceless. Tried and true suggestions and experiences that are shared by some truly gifted enthusiasts. Wish I'd have had this resource 30 years ago. On the other hand that may not be a good thing, because a local divorce lawyer keeps circling the block in the faint hope that I try to sneak yet another junkyard orphan into the garage under cover of darkness, when my sainted wife's asleep.
Cheers to all - "I'll be in the garage if you need me"

Welcome to the forum.
My youngest son (14) just drooled when I showed him your car. He really has a thing for those MGB GTs

Steve S, I see Pete at all the races, he and my father are good friends, you have probably met my father as well, I will post up some pics of his car when I get home from work. I would love to bring the B out for the memorial day run, is there somewhere I can see the details of exactly when and where it is? Do you go to the British Extravaganza at Buttonwillow? I'm there every year!

To everyone else, thanks for the warm welcome!
