We're undergoin' a revival of sorts. "Camaro" and "Challenger" are examples.

Read an article...... don't know how serious... just put it out there for thought,
But if they build it, and it's too reliable.... how fun is that. LOL

I like that green one though.

Baba... find yer way to th' Shed!

I really like the 100 4 version!
Now Just imagine a MGA done a new! now thats a car that would look good new or old I would have to have one.

Yeah, part of me says I'd love that, but then I see what happens when someone tries, and it just ain't the same. BMW Mini is a good example: a nice car, but just not the same as the original minis. And, the many kinds of "replicars" out there just seem counterfeit to me.

Big bucks - no reason to even look at it!

Looks to me like a Pontiac Solitce or Saturn Sky.

Must be some old pics, last I heard BMW did not own the Healey brand name anymore. It was supposedly back in the hands of the Healey family who were working on a new car but that project was stillborn.

That and very doubtful BMW would build anything that would take sales from the Z4.

Well Baba, That's not even yesterdays news. It's the day before. Those photos have been floatin' around since before HFI was taking people's money for their version of the new Healey. This was before China bought the rights for the Austin name I believe. Anyway HFI's website hasn't been updated for almost 3 years. New(er) Healey I wonder how many people made a downpayment, and if they got their money back.

I've also recently read that the Healey family also sold the right to use the name to a Chinese manufacturer. All rumor, of course. Hard to tell how all of this will shake out. Similar to the rumors that BMW is considering a Triumph revival. I would think that the current economic climate would put a dampener on any such venture for quite some time.
