Hello, Mike here.

I joined to find out the latest about Triumph TR4A's.

I bought a Nice TR4A IRS back in 1968. It was fun to drive and cheap to keep back then. I really liked it. Also purchased a new TR6 in 1972. It was a good car too but didn't have the giddyup of the TR4.

Now I'm an old man but want to buy another TR4. They have gone up in price , what else is new.

I know I'll have lots of questions as time goes on. For now I'm Just Lookin.

Exactly like the one i had. Is this a fair price for this one?

I like the "internet forum" . Have been on farmallcub.com for many years. Made some great friends and learned quite a bit about another hobby of mine, Farmall Cubs. I have six of them and they all get used regularly.

Talk to you soon.

Welcome aboard, Mike!

That appears to be a well done resto. As for price, I s'pose it depends on how badly ya want a TR-4. The old adage: "A fair price is what the buyer and seller agree on." is applicable.

I'd keep hunting. But then, I'm no TRactor enthusiast. :smirk:

Trot over to the Triumph section and ask <span style="font-style: italic"><span style="font-weight: bold">those</span></span> guys.

Hey Doc, Thanks

My wife is from Arhus and has family in Horsens. Have been to Hamlet's Castle a few times too. Every time we visit there i think about what a good time it would be to drive those smooth country roads in a TR4. I am also impressed by the number of US classic cars that i see...including some great looking Triumphs. Have thought about buying and keeping the car over there too, but do not spend enough time there.

DK..great food, best looking women in the world, Elephant beer and just a beautiful place.
