That is a "Healey Sprite".
I think the rear hole is for the spare tire (like a TR-3).

The company went bust a few years ago after building about 50 Frogs. Too bad. Looks like they are restarted with a new name (BUGEYED Ltd.).

The car you refer to was the Healey Frogeye and used Sprite front suspension and back axle but the car on eBay is different - based on Sierra suspension and engine/drive train, so it's a kit car/replica.
The Healey Frogeye was a genuine Healey as it was developed in conjunction with Geoff Healey
