Well, since my other dog (Einstein) Passed away, I have missed him, he the smartest dog I ever had, rightfully living up to his name. He loved riding in the MG's
Then just after his passing, without my permission, the bride and children got a dog while I was away, We still have him, his name is "Freeway"

Last night, I came across this Austrailian Shepard/Boxer Mix, and he reminded me of the Movie "Two Lane Blacktop" (I don't know why, just came to mind)

So there you have it, I brought 2-lane home last night, and he feels right at home riding in the back of the truck, should be right at home in the MG's

Now we have Freeway and 2-lane

Congrats on the new member of the family!

And just so you know, 2-lane is more intelligent than you thought. He graduated from Tulane.

(I have NO shame ...)

You do have "no Shame"

My mother-in-law had a cat named scruples, then no one could ever say she had no scruples.

Just so, I did not name him Marbles, or Highway. Then people would be asking if I lost my marbles and I would have to show them the jar I keep them in, or If the other dog (Freeway) got along with Highway. 2-lane just seemed appropriate.

And BTW Tom, I made that argument with the family about Tulane University, cause they wanted to name him Patch's.

No shame can be a good thing, now go have a ice cream cone

Two Lane is most definately a car dog... look at the racing strip on his nose..

Congrats! He's adorable and a mutt! Doesn't get any better than that.
