New Bumper for Harold!

Harold is the proud wearer of a new bumper. I bought the bumper from VB earlier this year, and only just got around to fitting it. Surprisingly, it was easy ... I was expecting trouble, but everything fit perfectly, including the over-riders. While the old bumper was off, I detached the front spoiler, and beat out a few dents in it, sanded it down, and gave it a fresh coat of gloss white Rustoleum (I'm slowly roller-painting the whole of Harold using this paint, and it's working out very well indeed).

So now Harold has a shiny bumper and shiny sill covers. I'd post a picture, but I am ashamed of the state of the windscreen, which is still not finished :-(

Julian, I'm not sure why you are disappointed with the windshield, as it looks great to me. I also scrolled through your web page and was very impressed by how well you documented your restoration work. Keep up the good work and be sure to keep us advised of your progress. Good luck with your car and enjoy! PJ

Me too. Love the documentation.
