Ms Fisher's Modern Murder Mysteries on Acorn TV. It's a sequel to the original Ms Fisher series some of you may be familiar with. Like the original, this one features a cheeky female sleuth who drives a very special car. Only instead of the 20s, this series takes place in the 60s. The whole tone of it is rather campy fun...think Diana Rigg in the Avengers. But hey, with great music, colorful sets, mini skirts and a leggy leading lady who drives a sexy sports car, what's not to like?

In the original series, Miss Fisher's Murder Mysteries, set in 1920’s Melbourne, She drivesa Hispano-Suiza and is quite risqué(modern) for the time period. Well wort watching. It is available on Netflix.

Cheers,
