Good morning all, names Aldo (like the shoe brand just not getting paid for it). I just picked up my first ever Triumph. It's a 1980 1500 Spitfire, runs great all components work. I live in Oahu, Hawaii and for this car being here has little to no rust! Loved he look of the car and when I researched the history behind them and the company I was in, even my wife was on board (win right there).

Anyways thanks for letting come on board have ton of questions and ideas about what I want to do with this car. Hope to chat with you all in the near future.

Aldo

Welcome aboard, Aldo! Oahu would be a great place to have a Spit! Been to that island a few times (retired military lets me rent cabin at Bellows AF station.). Brother in Law did his residency at Trippler. Anyway, be sure to jump in over at our Triumph forum - you will find a lot of great Triumph owners there who are ready and willing to help you out with any issues that might arise.

Welcome.I sold my Healey 100-6 to Love-Thomas Motors back in the '70's.
Wonder if it still survives?
