New 100-4 carpets

Just started to unbox the new carpet from a well known national supplier. Can't believe how wrong most of it is compared to the original pieces I've kept boxed up for all these years. I may start from scratch on some of it. If I can come up with original patterns from which to work with why is it so tough for a highly respected:grumpy: specialty company to come up with a better product? They don't give this stuff away. Sorry for being so grumpy about it. I just see a lot of extra work ahead to make the stuff work.

If this kit is from us I would like to know. We have been using the same patterns for dare I say 20-30 years. The only problem on record is in mid-late 2011 our upholstery shop cut a couple pieces backwards in the BN1 kit.
If from us please provide me some details and part number so I can determine if it is the BN1 or BN2 kit that is a problem.

Thanks,

Shawn
