Hello all, wow what a day. I got a line on a 47 Chevy panel truck and decided to investigate it. So out to the middle of the Mojave Desert I did go. As I was looking for the totem pole and rock that I was to turn "right" at, I made the wrong turn and went down a diferent dirt road than what I was looking for.

As I realized that I had made a wrong turn, I started to look for a way to turn around without getting stuck in the deep silt dirt that was my alternative. I saw a farm about a quarter of a mile away and figured that that was as safe as it would get for a turn-around. As I pulled into this farm area out in the middle of ABSOLUTE NOWHERE, glancing up I noticed that I was looking at a rusty but very straight 1950's Jaguar convertable. Low slung doors attached, and I mean straight. I honked my horn in the barnyard, but to know avail, not a soul! No one around, so I did what I do in these situations and documented where the find is. Then turned out of the barnyard and went on to find the 47 Chevy Panel that I was looking for, only to keep thinking of how cool that Jag was.

Yes, it was a nice day for a find. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif
