We're looking for a garage or other covered space to store a car near Grass Valley or Morro Bay/San Luis Obispo California. We'll need it starting late January '09 for 4-6 months. Commercial storage places want about $120/mo which seems a bit steep.

If any one has some space please PM me. You'll earn my lasting gratitude.

Thanks.

If Santa Monica isn't too far south (app 200 miles), I know a guy who keeps a collection of cars in an aircraft hanger and he has some extra room. PM or email if interested.

If this car is something really cool and needs to be driven around every day, I might even push something out of my garage to accommodate you.

Are you talking about Leno?

I don't think Leno is renting storage space in his hangers, but if he is then I might store something there just for the permanent access.

Well, if the actors vote to strike, he may need an alternate source of income. I'm sure he's hurting for cash.

It's a really cool Toyota Fourunner (Fourrunner? Forrunner? 4runner?). The rare "2WD" version with the OVERHEAD CAM engine!

(I'll ask about Santa Monica - I think it's too far south but thanks for the offer).
