I'm looking to purchase this book. I go to the usual sites like Amazon and Ebay and I find listings for the book with different prices and different descriptions.
Which is the latest edition?

Most just show a cover like this:

Then I find ones like this that say "second edition":

I just bought the former. It's a booklet - 30 pages. They all make it look like a book. Still, the info is what's valuable.

Having said that, I'd buy the 2nd edition - why pay for less info. It's not a collector's item.
