Need a Speedometer housing.

During dissambly of the dash on our Bugeye the speed nuts on the back of the speedometer were siezed. I twisted off one of the studs on the back of the housing.

Does anyone have a speedometer with a good housing? I don't care if it works or has a broken glass on the face I just need a housing. I don't care if it's rusty.I have POR 15 and know how to use it.

Suggestion: just drill out the damaged stud, replace with a screw, and use a wing nut instead of the speednut. I seem to remember that these studs are an odd thread, but if you don't mind not using the original speednut, it doesn't matter.

Rick, I probably have one of those too! You do need the larger, early type right? PM me if you want it!
