Need a smaller steering wheel

You might want to try one of the Tourist Trophy wheels (contact Tony Barnhill here on the BCF for a good price). Reasonably priced, and they have a 14" version. I looked long and hard at these before finally deciding to go with a different solution.
 
I like mine.
