TR4/4A need a project TR4?

That looks virtually concourse compared with most restoration projects here in Scotland!

I saw that one as well ...

It caught my eye as it is the same color as mine was originally and was 714 cars behind mine on the assembly line.

Hopefully someone will save it and put it back on the road.

Matt

I still have the front end of that car, from the windshield area forwards. I can lift on the windshield frame (what's left of it) and move it around like a wheel barrow (engine and tranny are renmoved.) The rest of the car hit the junk mans pickup truck last summer. I gave him a bucket of old copper plumbing pipe as payment to take it!

That ebay one looks do-able. it'll be a major project, but I did a 62 that was just as bad. (not again)
There's something funny with the left rear fender. that wheel opening is not right. It's definatly an early 4 as it has the metal dash. I always thought that was a nice look.
But I think the engine is sick. there seems to be a hankey stuffed in each plug hole......
I've got 2 halves of a TR4A here now. they make PeterKs look good.
Any takers???? the tub halves are gonna get scrapped.

Yeah, and in some of the pictures, the paint color is a bit different on that corner of the car. Almost looks as if it had taken a very gentle tap on the LR side, and it wasn't completely pulled out again before applying filler and paint?
