Need a late Christmas present / New Years project?

$5,480 for that? Someone is dreaming!

Looks like past duty as a race car maybe with setup for Towbar seeing as how bottom of bonnet was cut out.

I thought that the bonnets on those cars hinged from the front?

No, they hinge from the rear, buy are often modified for the front.

Yeah, I think the guy's price is a little high, but you could make him an offer, and, well, who knows? This looks like a genuinely restorable car, to me; so many are way too far gone.

The bonnets often got butchered on the bottom to allow front hinging - using the original latch as the pivot. Leaving the original latch locked and the hinges unbolted, the hood would tilt forward but interfere with the chassis. Thus the front hinge kits.

That appears to be a rather original and easily restorable vehicle. I would say it is certainly worth the asking price.

Jack would notice it's Not the optional clock here, and that the door striping isn't completely correct.

LOL yep he would. Lots of dirt too.

Is to expensive. For that kind of money it should at least run a bit.
