Not your *normal* Nash Metropolitan.

I saw this on ~Another Forum~ and thought that some of you might appreciate how kooky it is (in a sort of a cool way).
It is apparently powered by a Honda S2000 drivetrain.

That thing's hilarious!

Guy did quite a job of the bodywork...wonder how heavy it is & how much body filler's under that paint!

put some air schocks on it and he could use it for some four wheeling as well!!!

very cool except for the flares... which aren't my thing really.

Best looking Metro I've seen. It might make a good modern repro (like the New Beetle, the BMW Mini, PT Cruiser, and so on) since it has such easily identifiable styling cues - like the doors. It could be called the "Metro Repro" or "Mepro" or something. It least it has some character...

And with that drive line it likely goes like th' clappers, too!

In the "full face" and 3/4 view I think it is amazing how (somehow!) it has kind of a Healey look to it!!!! I agree that it is the best looking Metro I have seen too!

Somehow this post repeated itself, then would not allow me to delete the second one, so I figured I'd just edit it!! /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/wall.gif /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/blush.gif /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/thumbsup.gif

I like this Metropolitan, some great creativity that went into it, and it doesn't look to bad in the process... So I assume it has a Honda S2000 engine? Or something else? Just curious...
