Nardi steering wheel hub

I have access to a Nardi Classico mahagony steering wheel, but I am having a problem finding the correct hub adaptor. I could use a Moto-Lita adaptor and extra plate, but the cost is prohibitive. Or I need to find a MoMo 7800 adaptor. Can anyone help?
