They were filming a Dodge truck commercial North of here,
on the beach (Moonstone Beach - near Trinidad,CA),when
the film crew ignored the advice of the locals,& tried to drive
it North.
They got stuck in the rocks,& the tide came in.As I
understand it,the could get it out until the tide went out.
It made the front page of the local paper - so everyone
knows about it.I'm sure that the truck had to be crushed at that
point - salt water does nasty stuff to electronics.
