Mystery Girling Clutch MC?

I have a Clutch Master Cylinder that says TVS- Girling on the side and 3/4 underneath. This MC was installed by the PO and has been on my Tr3 for 15 years. Anyone know what car it was originally from and if a rebuild kit is still available ?
 
Hard to say what it's from without more information. But chances are that the stock seal kit will fit, as the original MC was also .75" bore.

Is it remote reservoir style like the original?
