I plan on rerouting my heater return pipe from under the Weber where it hangs, to the more aesthetic pipe near the valve cover. Should be simple (!) but I see an additional water line from the rear of the head. Two bolts that look removable have an elbow and a line connected to the heater return pipe. No info unless I missed it, in Moss. Can it be removed with out issue ?
 
Can you shoot a picture of it? It might be part of the plumbing for one of those late-year Zenith carbs that had the coolant running through the carb.

Why yes it probably is...DUH. I had that lovely piece of engineering replaced with the downdraft weber. I'll try to get a pic...
 
Easy to just make a blanking plate and gasket to seal off that water choke outlet...
