Opened the front door this morning, and saw what I thought was a snake skin on the stone walk.

Looked closely, and discovered it was slowly moving - and that it was made up of hundreds of tiny gray "worms" or "larvae" - slowly slithering across the stone, in a single body about 12 inches long.


Weird-a-mundo.

Thanks - had no idea worms could be buddies.

Just watched a robin pick a worm from the front lawn yesterday. This morning he was back hunting again.
