Now that is one neat grocery getter.
I'd love to see it in person, but more pictures would be great. I love exotic stuff.
Is this a promotional vehicle, or just an exercise in spending money?

The answer to your question - it's both. It has been around a long time and does local parades.

That's pretty cool. I'd do the grocery shopping if our local store had carts like that!
