I'll bet all you guys and gals didn't really think I had a Healey. If the Avatar took, then it will show up in this post. The resolution doesn't do it justice. The body has no rust, And it's good and straight. I put the unusual cove colour on it to experiment with some colour ideas. My sweet daughter bought me a scanner. took days to figure out how to use it. Now if I can figure out how to do an attachment, i could get a better pic up there.

I've never doubted that you had one. From the small pic, it looks very nice. You must have a great daughter!

If your scanned pic size is more than about 100K or what ever the limits are, you will first need to resize your pic to meet this limit. The forum will accept pics that are in the jpg format. Setting the pic to jpg, 72 dpi, is a good way to reduce the pic size. Something like Adobe Photo Deluxe or similar programs are free to download on the internet & will do all sorts of resizing, resolution changing. Your scanner likely already has some sort of editing software with it.

When you make a post, click on the attachment option, go to your hard disc & click on the pic, click ok on the post, wait for it to be accepted, & you are in.

Likely, someone has an even better way to do it.

Great car Robert. Unusual color combo. I'll attach a picture of a similar car to this post. Just click on the word attachment above.

Johnny, that is a similiarily looking Healey. I got the idea for my colour scheme from the Healey on the cover photo of the March 2003 Healey Marque magazine. Another pic inside the front cover shows the cove as more of a red colour. On the cover, probably because of sunlight and exposure, it hints to me as being not really red. Hense the idea for my colouring.
