My clivia miniata bloomed today for the first time in over 10 years.

Waddaya think? (other than I'm easily amused ...)

Reminds me of the flower Mr.Wilson groomed in the movie, Dennis the Menace....only it apparently didn't wilt within 10 seconds.

As we age, the simple things become the most appreciated,
at times.

The rarity of its bloom makes it special. That aside,
it's simply pretty.
