My 1974 1/2 MGB Roadster

Okay first thanks for the add, but it may be short-lived. I bought this last week and I'm having such a hard time getting in and out due to back surgery in Jan that I may have to get rid of it. But, I need more information. I ran the car through the certificate site and found out some. But it has two other plates one is the commission plate that reads G23N 111767 Z and the other plate that reads GU23T 004345 P. Could someone decipher these for me, please?
