since i live where it's wet all year which creates mud and mud usually contains rocks, are mud flaps really available or easy to construct/attach for our old cars?
i've seen some flaps in vicky brit but look like cheap plastic and seem generic, and rimmer offers them for front and rear but without any pictures.
I guess i'm looking to make painted metal mud flaps to protect a future paint job but wanted to hear what people thought and how to do it right.
i guess my first problem is wanting to drive when it's raining or wet, but is wanting a nice driver too much to ask for?
