We have had some storms here in western Pa over the last couple of days but being that it is supposed to reach 80 today I figured that today would be a good Spitfire day. The spit has been back in the garage where it spends the winter because of the snow a week and a half ago and there is a fairly steep (9%) grade to get out of the garage on a dirt path.
anyway....

The car fired right up and backed nicely out of the garage... then sank in 6 inches of mud! Gave up trying to get it out after my PPV almost sank in it too while trying to get close enough to connect a tow chain. Guess I have a project tonight...
:frown:

Just put some big mudders on it. You'll fit in with the neighbors.

hmmm.... there's a thought... I'll do that when I do the 710 engine conversion
