GT6 moving the body on a gt6

I need some help. Now that I have the car out of storage I need to move the body on the back of the car about a inch in one direction. It wants to rub on the tire on one side.

I see there are very few bolts (12) but I am having some problems find the ones by the heelboard crossmember. I have found all the others but can't seem to find these 2. I don't want to rip the inside apart or take the seats out.

Once I get these bolts loose is there any tricks to moving the body an inch. Do I need to lift the body up, take the bolts all the way out. Any help would be great. Thank you all. Tom

Has the body been off before? If not, then I don't think that trying to shift it to match the wheels is the soloution. You may want to look at the suspension to find out what's wrong.
If it has been off, then don't listen to me and keep looking. I'm not sure exactly where the bolts are, but I would suggest just loosening them up and try to lift and slide the body over. If you take the bolts all the way out and it suddenly shifts way too far then you'll have created a lot of extra work trying to line the holes back up.

Thanks. What would you look for in the suspension.

Look for any slop in the joints, especially the trailing arm mounts. or any possible damage to the frame or suspension components. It could also be possible that some body work has been done in the past that changed the dimensions of the wheelwell.
Get out the measuring tape and compare side to side

All the underside and frame are message out correctly. But it could be he fender well isn't as deep. I will take a look at that.

I spend some more time looking for the last 2 bolts and the only thing I can think of it the seat belt bolts could be the one.
