<span style="font-size: 9pt">Our South Carolina property appears to be sold. I said appears, as it happened once before and fell through. This time, buyers have placed monies on deposit, attorney's hired on both ends and communicating. Buyers have paid for many inspections, a good sign and settlement scheduled for August 16th.
We'll be moving to the farm in Oklahoma, if all goes well. I have to say,"if all goes well", as I'm a little gun shy from issues that happened in the past.
It'll take quite a while to get back on line, as a 1000 feet of phone lines have to be run in for high speed Internet and other issues bringing the farm up to modern times.

Tentative congratulations, Paul!

As long as you have at least one running LBC, all else should work out fine.

And another South Carolina British car owner heads West!
Good luck to you and I hope the sale works out. Eric

Hmmm, getting closer to the Land of Enchantment. Seriously wishing you the best and will keep my fingers crossed that it works this time.

It'll be nice having you as a full time Okie Paul. Best of luck on the sale.

At least they have COASTLINE!!

Thanks for all the best wishes! Our place is in the Eastern part with rolling green hills and some beautiful lakes. They say the fishing is awesome. That will get put to the test. :jester: PJ

Settlement on the house is on the 16th, moving to Oklahoma on the 17th! Living in the motor home for 4 months while the new house is built will be a little much, but I guess I can survive it. If it gets too much, I could go sleep in the barn with the animals. :jester:

:savewave: one state over neighbor to be. Congratulations.

Thanks to all. Been a very hectic two weeks and two to go. It took three years to sell this place and we still consider ourselves lucky. Not being the run of the mill place, 3 acres of grass to mow, out in the country, surrounded by horse farms, it took buyers that are pretty much horse lovers to close the deal, very few and far in between, willing to part with the green. PJ
