The state is taking my house to do a road project. This means that my project (71 Midget) needs to start running. My plans of tear-down and restore do not fit within the timetable of the road project.

Does anyone know of a BC happy garage in the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area were I could get the old 71 running?

My suspicions are with the electrical system because the car ran for a little while until I touched and broke one wire. Now I cannot find where or why she won't start. I don't really want to replace the harness until I do the complete tear-down and restore.

Have you contacted the British Car Club of Greater Cincinnati?

if it is cranking, you could temporarily hot wire it.

I have a bad memory, but I think it was a "lack of spark" issue.
