OK - at the suggestion of our own Waltese Falcon, and in the spirit of his music game:

"You're a good man, Sister." ~ Sam Spade, in <span style="font-style: italic"> The Maltese Falcon </span>

OK - tag: you're it!

Good question! Walter suggested quotes and the movies they came from.

play it once sam for old times sake --ingrid bergman in casablanca

What we got here is failure to communicate - the warden Cool Hand Luke

Not what's normally remembered, What we have here is a failure to communicate

Maybe instead of having a game similar to the music game (I know Mickey I suggested that format) we could use quotes and then have people guess what movie it is from, the first one to get it right gets to make the next quote. An example could be

Question - "You're a good man, sister."

Reply - Sam Spade, 'The Maltese Falcon'
New Question "Play it once Sam for old times sake."

If no one gets it then maybe the person making the quote can give a hint like the characters name from the film or the actors real name. For Example,

Hint - Ilsa, or Ingrid Bergman whichever the poster wants to use.

It's medication time.

"We walked in, sat down, Obie came in with the twenty seven eight-by-ten
colour glossy pictures with circles and arrows and a paragraph on the back
of each one, sat down. Man came in said, "All rise." We all stood up,
and Obie stood up with the twenty seven eight-by-ten colour glossy
pictures, and the judge walked in sat down with a seeing eye dog."

Alice's Resturant.

...and this is another fine mess you've gotten us into.

Oliver Hardy - pick a movie...

"I don't think we'll have any more of this agitation. I want you out of here!"

OK - hint time:

The actor who said this later starred as Mr. Roper in the TV show, <span style="font-style: italic"> Three's Company </span>.

Said to Benjamin Braddock in <span style="font-style: italic">"The Graduate"</span>
(a movie responsible for selling a LOT of ALFA-Romeos!)

OK, here's an easy-peezy one:

<span style="font-style: italic">It's 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark... and we're wearing sunglasses. </span>
