I'm NOT trying to knock Moss here (love 'em, spend a lot of $$ with them), but aren't these missing the very bottom vertical piece that extends down straight towards the ground?

Are they there but not showing up well in the picture? Anyone with first hand experience?
 
Not sure what a TR4-250 lower wing looks like, but this is significantly different from a TR6. No noticeable dimples for the acme screws, or the oblong holes for them, and it has a thinner bottom lip.
