A big thank you to Michael Grant at Moss Motors for calling and chatting with me personally about a part I had a concern with . He didn't have to call, an email would have been more than enough, but he seemed more concerned that I was unhappy, which I wasn't.

Just plain nice customer service.

Bottom line? He made me feel important, and TC owners ( which are a peculiar bunch in that respect ), need that once in awhile !
