Moss Exhaust Gas Analyzer

That's a Gunson (brand) meter. I have a couple of email acquaintances in Europe who have used them but I don't know of anyone in the U.S. who owns one.

While I am sure Moss would stand behind the product, it is not unique to them so I would shop around to make sure you are getting the best price.
 
I'd spend money on a wide-band oxygen sensor and gauge. Then you can tune for various load/rpm conditions.
