I have seen Joe Curto's Morris Minor "SU Repair" Panel Van at local shows.
It's a replica of an original vehicle owned by SU (Joe is a well-known SU parts vendor in NY).
I know I have a picture of it somewhere.....just can't find it right now.
And my old pal, Charlie Greenhaus from Entropy ( https://www.entropyracing.net/ ) has a Minor pickup he uses as a parts-chaser.
