Posted a third shot, dropped to 1/40th to see if there would be any. Now wondering if the VR in the 80-400mm may be contributing to the focus issue instead of helping. Will turn it off in addition to remote triggering, mirror lock and sans filters.

Yes. I did the first couple quickly, not sure if it would stay there until there was enough light to get that third shot with better sunlight. The last one has not been altered other than to crop it.
