TR6 More transmission questions

I got a used ("should be good") transmission. About the only thing good was the case. The lay shaft and constant gears are toast. As are the ones on my original trans. I have the transmission out of my TR3 transmission #(TS67749) I took the top off and the gears all look good. My question is can we use the innards of the TR3 trans for the TR6 trans (CC90334) Mostly the lay shaft and constant gear.

Very little is the same. The TR6 box is even slightly longer. 3-4 shift fork & rail, possibly the shift hub (but there is a change point somewhere).

You can swap around some gears if your careful and match up the drive gears, lay gears, and selector rings. PM me for more info. I may also have some parts depending on what you need.
