Your first three pics are still pretty blurry, so I can't say anything about the lobe next to the gear. In the other three, the lobes have a couple tiny spots that might be slight pitting (or might just be spots), but I've used worse.
 
I would have no problem re-using it. As far as value...anyone with the specs, i.e. lift and duration data, can re-cut one using an old stock cam for about $80. There isn't much money in used cams.
