That has all the hallmarks of a fatal RTA (Road Traffic Accident). It's in europe, just no indications as to whether or not it's in the UK and therefore a right-hooker.
I can here the call to the office now;
"I can't come in today. I'm feeling a little horse"
Or the salsman..
"This is a great car, but the wipers have trouble getting those big horseflies off the windscreen"
Or the passing motorist:
"Yah! that was the ugliest guy I ever saw, driving that car."
