The Holy Sprite seemed to enjoy tailgating a Miata across
chunks of Missouri, Illinois, and Indiana. Since it could see over the top
of the topless Miata, the view was greatly improved over the ass-end of the
trucks that it had had to follow previously (and subsequently). We did
stiffen the rear shocks of the Yada a bit to enhance stability... nice
having tunable autocross shox for towing ;-)

The unholy lump was exorcised completely in St Louis and went home with Lee
Fox. The Tires of Temptation came home with me on a Tire Tail. By that time,
the tongue weight on the trailer was negative, so a position adjustment was
necessary. There was a bit of a cat infestation, but it seems to be under
control for the nonce...

We are just glad that the 19 hours of driving were in a Miata!

Miata towing a Bugeye... priceless!

From Father Jack

Dear Spridgeteers,
I just stopped at Frank Clarici's house to inquire about the California Bugeye only to learn that the California Bugeye
is now an Ohio Bugeye.
If you only knew me you would be calling the project an unholy Sprite.
Frank is sworn to secrecy.
I am really touched by what everybody has been doing.
Who am I to have such friends?

God bless you all
Fr. Jack

My wife says that I should have a Model A pickup with a large engine to tow Miss Agatha.

Hmmmmm, that might be an intresting project.

Jack, build one of the fiberglass bodies on a modern frame with a modern V8 & suspension along with AC, power steering, etc...make it a real sleeper!

Whoo Whooo Tony, you bad. Think I just might look into that a bit. i think an old school rat rod one would be better though.

Everyone else is going to have their own idea of what you should build/use as a tow vehicle for your SPRITE, Except me. Who knows you best? YOUR WIFE!

Lol you guys going to get me in trouble. If not with wife with neighbours.

Now that's cool. We can all be Presidents and no elections. I like it.

I hear this car is going to get a 1098 engine for a lump, with the 3.300" stroke, that's a nice addition to a Bugeye.
