more fun [With a waterjet]

I drew up the design for this last night, put the file on a thumb drive, and loaded it on the waterjet at work today.
A scrap piece of 14 ga stainless, and about 7 minutes later I have this for the rear end of my 70 VW

Very trick! I like it!

My kids have been carving out things like that using our CNC mills (mostly things like "Tacoma" or "Chevy").

I want to do a 3D print of something interesting to stick on my Midget street rat project (like maybe a Rat Fink-type logo)
 
We took delivery of our new Haas CNC lathe and mill today. I'm gonna learns me how ta use it! Either through work or self-study. Too much potential there!
They're pretty big. They remind me of the shuttle-craft on Star Trek.
