More bad news at the end of this terrible year. My younger brother (only one) , aged 83, who just lost his wife in August recently had a seizure and has been diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor. We thought it was a stroke but its worse than that. Another car guy, he had an MGA in college at UVA and for many years, a Mercedes 450 SL. His older daughter and grandaughter have moved in with him to help out.

Sorry to hear that PD.

That’s a tough break, I know this. Best of luck to you all.

Unfortunate news, sorry to hear.

Yes SORRY from Nevada. As a Nam Vet I some times call guys from the unit only to find out they have past. I have talked to family members of guys that did not make it back and that was hard. The Army did not do a good job when telling family's of their lost. They always said my word gave them closure and comfort KIA is never a good end. Now a call seem harder to talk with their wife's and sons and daughters. May your brother rest in peace. Madflyer

That is a hard one, and I hope for the best for him. And if there is any positive it is that a daughter and grandchild are there to help. I see a lot of folks in the facility where my mom is that basically, have been dumped by their families and never see them outside the occasional holiday visit. To me, if the universe makes you go through something like this, then you really need family around you.
