Moonroof misaligned?

On my 1997 X300, I think my moon roof has become misaligned. The passenger's front corner is raised just a bit, maby slightly more than half a centimeter, and the rear passenger corner is slightly under a bit, maby like a quarter of a centimeter.

I'd really like to not remove the panel because it's quite a pain. It very well could be the wind deflector pushing it up, but why start now?

Finally, it is not leaking! I am quite happy at that.
 
Some of the gliding parts may be plastic and over time degrade enough to mess with alignment. You might get on top of car and have someone switch it and you can try to manually guide it into place. If they are assembled like the earlier XJ6s not really a big pain to remove and replace. But if it is a daily driver, you might want to wait for better weather as it isn't leaking now and it could go out of wack on the try.
 
From the start:
My sunroof was slightly elevated at the front passenger's corner. I was given directions on how to remove it and diagnose the problem. I did.

The problem was some little plastic bit on the track had broken. Their were some little pieces of plastic their. I glued them back together with some plastic epoxy, let it harden,put it back together. Then, when attempting to put the headliner panel back in, I broke the part that I had mended, and have had extreme difficulty just closing the sunroof. Luckly, I've managed to close it.

So, I think I need to get new tracks because I'm worried about it breaking again if I try to fix it again.

Resolve: Is their anything (glue of some sort) that I can use that will dry and set in under 4 hours? Or, am I better off replacing the tracks (difficult and expensive)?
 
I've tried all sorts of glues for the different plastics to no avail. It's hard to recognize the different plastics that are possible in the autos of today. Easywood has a plastic weld/mender kit, but you still have to know if it's abs, pvc,etc. Costly to replace, but you will have piece of mind that the thing will open and close properly for the next 12 years.
 
I know, but right now, I'm having quite a time finding some new tracks. I'll call the dealership in the morning, and Jagbits, and CoventryWest.
 
Jagbits is sending me a new passenger tilt mechanism, $189, fairly priced especially considering they are on backorder and near impossible to find new now.
