The time for that first cruise is almost at hand. I'll finish overhauling the brake system this weekend. Then as soon as my new tank gets here I'll install it and "Molly" will be good to go. Got my tank from Tony today and got her installed. Got all the lines hooked up and the new sending unit in. Then I finished up my brake system overhaul. So now it is dark. Have to wait till tomorrow to put in gas and bleed the brakes and go for a little test drive. Its going to be hard to sleep tonight!! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/driving.gif
 
John - that tank was lined Monday morning before I put it in FEDEX....bleed the brakes, do everything else before putting gas in it - just to give it a little more time to dry.

Waiting for the tank to get a little extra cure time is not a problem. The weather here in Eastern Ky has been miserable. It has been raining for two days now. Have the "Molly" in the drive because of cleanup and remodeling in the garage so here I sit. Supposed to go to Tennesee for a reenactment this weekend so more car time shot. Jut tell her you want to show her how to drive a LBC and make sure she can operate the brakes...they are not power brakes you know.
