Mogg "prolem creator" ball joints

I rebuilt Kelly's front end 5K ago with Mogg stuff bought from a major online supplier that we'll call "Stone Parts". I called them and they said they would swap but no labor claim. I told them just refund me when I send them back and send me the Motorcraft ones, I'll pay the difference. They say they can't because Mogg "won't cover that"...whatever that means. He tells me to sell the new ones he sends on craiglist.... I explain I'm not asking for anything special, Mogg will send him a replacement that he can then sell, it's the same as if I returned a brand new part, just credit me, send me other replacements and I'll pay the difference. He tells me it's not they're policy to do that. I explain he sold me defective parts that I shouldn't have to replace to begin with (at an additional cost of parts and labor) and I shouldn't be expected to put possibly defective parts back on as a "solution". One again I'm told to sell the new parts on craigslist....
