Just been perusing the ntahc site, they have some very gifted people doing awesome things to Healeys!

Thanks, zblu, for the plug....

More correctly -

www.ntahc.org is the URL for the North Texas Austin Healey Club.

www.ntahc.org/modifiedhealeys is the URL for the Modified Austin Healey Registry (aka. Nasty Boys).

BOTH web sites have some fantastic cars shown.

While the FIRST part of the URL is indeed the same, they are NOT the same club. I am the web master for both.

zblu, your correct, those guys do some realy nice clean work!i have a friend who lives in westchester county n.y.he owns a 1960 healey,in the 1960's he purchased a ford 302 that was delivered in a crate from the shelby auto folks,ya the cobra people!also did a nice neet install,if you think looking at these things is cool, you godda drive one!the power transfured to the rear wheels is a testament to just how strong a 'spoke'wheel can be,theres not enough room here for a discription of the experiance,if you ever get the chance try it your gonna love it!,of course our 'concours' friends will have a lot to say about it and thats o.k. but if i ever find a healey for about the right price with a bad powerplant i just might try it myself. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/yesnod.gif
