Mk II Sprite/Mk I Midget Door hinges

Has anyone pressed out or knocked out the pins on the door hinges? I have two of my four hinges where the pin seems to have come partially out, blocking one of the hinge-body mounting screws but I havent been able to knock the pin out - am worried about applying too much force and bending or breaking the hinge.
 
Bah, go ahead. Hinges are easy and cheep to come by. Worst case you cut it off and then drill it out and replace the pin.
