Short a couple washers on for my head studs.
OSH types are not quite as thin. Is this an important
spec or will something close work okay?

Hate to hold up rebuild over a couple washers.

Try "Aces Up" over on Broad.

I pretty sure all their head studs get washed.

Err, Tin, you talking Puerto Rico? A little fer
to go. Limpie cabezas, I'm sure .....but please
don't be distracted....it's the washers I need.

Ace's Up, huh???

Sounds like a party.
Just tell Wendy you're helping a friend in need.

Use the correct spec. Go to your local Fastenal and get the good quality stuff, with the correct thickness.

Failing that, if you have a CAT main dealer/branch near you, the'll have Grade 8 hardened washers in any size you want. The counter guy thinks it's funny that the cap screws on my LBCs have CAT stamped on the heads.

Stainless are usually thinner. SAE not metric

You could also try a marine supply -
- that's where I got the nuts& bolts for
my spoiler.
Are you going to make it up to Woodland
on May 18th?

Doug: Wouldn't be able to make it due to existing
schedule, though I'd sure like to. Thanks for
extending the hand.
