Bill posted to me that they made it to about 20 miles from you last night a Rut and eating at Waffle House at 10:30 pm. Said tires and will provide details of Day 1 later.

Got to meet Bill and Charles and see Miss Agatha again in Orange Beach, AL! Weather is beautiful at 81 and partly cloudy and they should make their next stop, Slidell, LA in a few hours. It was great meeting them and putting a person with the name on the forum...super guys with a journey ahead!

Rut, Glad to see you were able to hook up with Bill and Charles. Yes indeed they have a long road to go today but Miss Agatha looks pretty comfy back there. Hope Charles at 86 is up for this Big Adventure. Cross Country in a Suburban. Ought to be some good stories along the way.

Doubtful, I'm going N-S, them E-W; probably got off at 59/10 at the truck stop which I do pass but it is a very small window. They staying the night in Slidell?

I hear Miss Agatha is visiting the Alamo this evening on a leisurely drive West. Fort Stockton, LasCruces, Hula BendAz, and finally San Diego.
